Well, so they say traffic is heavy here. HA! I had my first real heavy duty traffic jam experience here in California on the 57 and 5. Oh my it was fun. Driving back from my interview at the YMCA in Santa Ana, which by the way I think went well. It is approximately 14 miles away from Brea. Well slowly but surely on the way back traffic became heavier and heavier, first it was 3:30pm, oh yippy I was going to miss the rush hour, then traffic got heavier and heavier until all I could literally see were cars to the right, left, front, back, above and below. It took over an hour to get home. But I made it safe and sound. I didn't feel nervous, at this point it's all new and the traffic is amusing, oh but I know this too shall pass. If only I had a picture to share with all of you.

Welcome to California! Traffic gets better once you learn the tricks and the routes. Sorry that we haven't had a chance to see you yet but please know that we are sooo excited that you are here. Do you have an email address?
